Version 0.7.0 Released

Nextmv version 0.7.0 has arrived! This release features performance enhancements in Hop and brings all Hop and Hopm code into a single new GitHub repository.

As a result, version 0.7.0 introduces breaking changes including updated import paths, new expansion limits, and new defaults for hop.runner.output.solutions to be aware of prior to upgrading.
